The passenger seat sensor that detects whether the front passenger is an adult may misclassify a small-statured adult, which can prevent the front passenger airbag from deploying in a crash. There is also a Canadian compliance recall involving a tire information label that lists certain terms in English only, where both English and French are required; this does not affect vehicle safety.
