2015 LAND ROVER LR4 Recalls — Canada & USA

The 2015 Land Rover LR4 has 3 recalls, the most serious being a cracked fuel outlet flange on the tank that can leak fuel and start a fire if an ignition source is nearby. The remaining two recalls both affect the same set of active safety systems and can be treated as a single concern: an ABS software error can disable the electronic stability control, traction control, roll stability control, and hill descent control. On some vehicles this fault triggers when the vehicle shuts down and the warning light appears at the next startup, while on others the systems may drop out without warning. In either case, losing these controls reduces the vehicle's ability to manage skids or maintain traction on steep terrain, raising the risk of a crash.
