The 2018 Land Rover Range Rover has 6 recalls, the most serious being a failure of the automatic emergency braking system to activate when a collision is imminent, with no warning to the driver that the system is not working.
Two recalls cover rear visibility: water can get into the rearview camera on vehicles equipped with the surround camera system, causing the image to disappear or appear distorted when reversing. There is also a lighting concern shared across two filings: when the automatic high beam system switches on by itself, the instrument cluster indicator fails to illuminate, so the driver has no way of knowing high beams are active and may inadvertently create glare for oncoming drivers.
