The 2026 Lucid Gravity has 4 recalls, the most serious involving the second-row seat belt anchor brackets, which can fail in a crash and leave rear passengers without effective restraint, and front seat backrest covers that can block the side airbags from deploying.
The seat belt anchor bracket concern stems from brackets that were not correctly manufactured, meaning the hardware anchoring the lap belt to the seat structure can give way under crash loads, reducing the protection those belts are meant to provide. Separately, incorrect backrest covers installed on the front seats can physically obstruct the side airbags, preventing them from deploying as intended when they are needed most. On the visibility side, certain vehicles running older software versions may show a blank screen when shifted into reverse instead of displaying the rearview camera feed, leaving the driver without a rear view while backing up.
