The 2019 Chevrolet 5500HD has 3 recalls, the most serious being a brake fluid leak into the brake pressure switch that can cause an electrical short and start a fire while the truck is driving or parked.
The other two recalls both involve rear axle hardware that may not have been properly tightened during assembly. The rear outer wheel lug nuts can loosen over time and allow a wheel to separate from the truck entirely, which creates an obvious crash risk for the vehicle and anything nearby. Separately but in the same area of the truck, the U-bolt nuts that clamp the rear leaf springs to the axle can also back off, letting the axle shift out of alignment. When that happens, the driveshaft can separate from the drivetrain, causing the truck to lose power to the rear wheels and stall unexpectedly in traffic.
