The 2007 Dodge Charger has 4 recalls, the most serious being a risk that both the driver and front passenger airbag inflators can rupture during deployment, sending metal fragments into the cabin.
On the drivetrain side, a software issue in the powertrain control module can cause the drive wheels to momentarily lock up if the driver shifts from Drive to Neutral and back to Drive while traveling above 40 mph, which can cause a sudden loss of control. The braking system also has a software concern: the anti-lock brake control module can cause the rear brakes to lock up unexpectedly during certain braking situations, again with no warning before control is lost.
