Dealers will replace the front passenger airbag inflator with a new one.

What can fail

The wheelchair lift's threshold warning system may fail to detect a wheelchair or mobility aid user standing in certain positions within the threshold area.

What the fix does

Matthews and Ricon will repair or replace the wheelchair lift free of charge.

What can fail

The wheelchair lift's safety switch isn't sensitive enough to detect when a wheelchair or mobility device is on the platform. The lift could fold up while someone is still on it.

What the fix does

The pressure sensing switch will be adjusted to the correct sensitivity level at no cost to you. Contact Ricon or Matthews Specialty for service.

What can fail

The diffuser inside the side window airbag module may have hairline cracks, which can prevent the side airbag from deploying properly during a side impact crash.

What the fix does

The dealer will replace the side window airbag module.
