2011 FORD F-750 Recalls — Canada & USA

The 2011 Ford F-750 has two recalls, the more serious being an anti-lock brake system concern on trucks equipped with air brakes and a trailer or tractor package, where a programming error in the ABS module can prevent the cab from displaying a warning when the trailer's ABS has failed. Without that warning light, a driver may be unaware that trailer braking assistance is not functioning, which could affect stopping performance. The other recall applies to vehicles fitted with a 70/30 fixed passenger bench seat, where the floor anchor points for two of the seatbelt attachments fall outside the required mounting zone, meaning those belts may not hold their occupants as intended in a crash.
