Defect

On certain LNT9000, LT9000, LTL9000 and LTS9000 vehicles equipped with an optional hendrickson RT440 tandem suspension. Vehicles may have been built with standard rather than the optional equilizing beam-to-rear axle adaptor kits. This incorrect use could result in deterioration of the adaptor-to=beam end bushing joint and possible fracture of the beam-to-axle attaching bolt. This condition could allow the rear axle assembly to shift thus affecting vehicle control.
