Recalls 1 and 3 describe the same ignition switch defect. I'll treat those as a single issue and present two distinct problems total.
The 1997 Honda Accord has 3 recalls, the most serious being a front suspension ball joint that can wear out and separate, causing the suspension to collapse and leaving the driver with drastically reduced steering control.
The ignition switch carries a separate concern: electrical contacts inside the switch can degrade over time from the current passing through them during startup. Once worn enough, the contacts can cause the engine to stall without warning while driving, with no indication beforehand that the failure is coming.
