In cold weather, the brake-shift interlock can become sluggish and allow the gear selector to be moved out of Park without pressing the brake pedal, letting the vehicle roll away. Two recalls cover the second-row outboard seats: a release lever can remain in the unlocked position and allow a seat to shift unexpectedly in a crash, and separately, if a seat is placed between its two latching positions when installed, it will not lock to the floor striker and can tip forward under hard braking.
