2024 HYUNDAI TUCSON Recalls — Canada & USA

The 2024 Hyundai Tucson has 4 recalls, the most serious involving the optional tow hitch wiring harness, which can allow moisture into the control module and cause trailer lights to fail or an electrical short that raises the risk of fire. On the steering side, a circuit board in the electric power steering assembly can short circuit and cause sudden loss of power steering assist, making the vehicle significantly harder to steer. There are also two recalls addressing the same label issue: the tire and loading information sticker incorrectly lists a spare tire pressure even though no spare tire is included with the vehicle, which could cause confusion during a roadside tire emergency.
