The 2011 Nissan Juke has 5 recalls, the most serious being a fuel pressure sensor that can loosen and leak fuel near potential ignition sources, creating a fire risk.
The fuel leak issue stems from sensors that were not tightened properly, either during original assembly or during a prior repair attempt that did not fully resolve the problem. On the engine side, a weld on the turbocharger boost sensor bracket can fail, letting the bracket break away from the air inlet tube. When that happens, the engine may stall without warning at idle or drop into a reduced-power mode, either of which raises the risk of a crash.
