The 2012 Nissan Juke has 3 recalls, the most serious being a fuel leak risk where a fuel pressure sensor may not have been properly tightened during a prior recall repair, leaving it loose enough to seep fuel near potential ignition sources and raise the risk of fire.
The remaining two recalls both involve the rear seat back striker, the hardware that locks the rear seatback upright. In a crash, the striker can deform or partially separate, allowing the seatback to give way and leaving rear passengers without proper support. Prior repair attempts did not fully resolve this issue for all affected vehicles.
