The 2008 Nissan Quest has 3 recalls, the most serious being a driver's airbag cover emblem that can break loose during deployment and become a projectile inside the cabin.
The remaining two recalls both concern the front seat track assemblies on vehicles with manually adjustable seats. The seat tracks may have been built with undersized slots, which can prevent the locking pawl from fully engaging. A seat that is not properly locked in place can shift during a crash, reducing the protection the seat and seatbelt are designed to provide.
