The 2019 Nissan Rogue has 4 recalls, the most serious involving a jackknife-style ignition key that can fold closed while driving and cut power to the engine, potentially causing a crash.
Two recalls apply only to Rogue Hybrid models. The brake booster on those vehicles can overheat internally and lose its power assist, requiring significantly more pedal force to slow the car. A separate hybrid-only issue involves the engine control module bracket contacting the wiring harness, which can blow a fuse and cause the engine to stall. The remaining recall covers the backup camera, which on certain vehicles may fail to display an image when reversing.
