2024 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER Recalls — Canada & USA

The 2024 Toyota Highlander has 4 recalls, the most serious involving occupant restraint: the third-row center seat belt anchor may be installed at the wrong angle and fail to hold an occupant in a crash, and second-row seat backs may not lock into position during adjustment, also leaving occupants without proper support in a crash. There are also two recalls covering certain vehicles fitted with 20-inch accessory tires that carry an insufficient load rating for the vehicle's weight. Those tires can become overloaded and fail, raising the risk of a crash. These tire recalls apply only to vehicles distributed through specific regional distributors and include some trims equipped with a Blackout Package.
