1993 BUICK REGAL Recalls — Canada & USA

The 1993 Buick Regal has 3 recalls, the most serious involving the front seat back recliner mechanism, which may not latch securely and could allow the seat to fold unexpectedly during a crash or hard stop. The other two recalls are compliance issues. One involves the evaporative emissions system, which can allow fuel vapors to escape rather than be captured and routed back into the engine. The other affects coupe models only (excluding the Gran Sport trim): the front side marker lights were assembled with clear bulbs instead of amber ones, meaning they show white light rather than the orange color required for proper visibility to other drivers.
