CHRYSLER VOYAGER Recalls

The Chrysler Voyager has 6 recalls spanning 2008 through 2026 model years, with the most serious being a 2008 model year issue where a front airbag can deploy without warning, potentially injuring the occupant seated in front of it or causing a crash. Recent production years carry the bulk of the recall activity. On 2022-2026 models, the side curtain airbags can have improperly sealed seams that prevent them from holding pressure during a crash, reducing their ability to keep occupants inside the vehicle. A related issue on 2020-2023 models involves a loose connector for the side curtain airbags that can prevent them from deploying at all in a side impact. Both of these concerns affect a system meant to protect against ejection, so curtain airbag performance is worth verifying if you own a vehicle in either range. The 2024 model year has two separate recalls: the windshield may not have been properly bonded to the body and can detach during a crash, and a software issue causes the traction control system to stop functioning when cruise control is active, reducing stability on slippery roads. On 2022 models, the wiper arm nuts may be insufficiently tightened, causing the wipers to operate poorly or not at all in rain or snow.
