The 2024 Chrysler Voyager has 6 recalls, the most serious being curtain airbags that may not hold pressure in a crash, raising the risk of occupant ejection.
Two other occupant safety concerns are also present. On vehicles converted by Braun, a seat limiter may not have been installed, allowing the front seat to slide too far forward and place the occupant too close to the airbag during a crash. On vehicles converted by Rollx and equipped with QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraints, the wheelchair may not be properly secured and can move during transit. The windshield on certain vehicles may not be properly bonded and can detach in a crash, leaving occupants exposed. On the electronics side, the traction control system stops working when cruise control is active, reducing the vehicle's ability to maintain grip on slippery surfaces.
