2025 Chrysler Voyager

The 2025 Chrysler Voyager has 4 recalls, the most serious being a curtain airbag defect where the side airbags can lose pressure during a crash and fail to keep occupants inside the vehicle.

The curtain airbags on both sides of the cabin have seams that may not hold pressure when the bags deploy, meaning they can deflate too quickly to block the windows and reduce the chance of a person being ejected in a rollover or collision. This issue appears across multiple recall filings covering overlapping model years, but the underlying problem is the same: the airbags may not perform as required to protect occupants from being thrown through or partially out of a window opening. There is also a separate recall affecting vehicles that have been converted with Rollx QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraint systems. On those converted vehicles, the wheelchair securement hardware can fail to hold the chair in place while driving, allowing it to shift or roll during transit and strike other occupants or the interior of the vehicle.
