The extended stopping distance this creates is especially dangerous at highway speeds or when loaded heavily.
A separate equipment recall covers certain E-450 vehicles that were converted into ambulances by VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialists and fitted with ASA Electronics Voyager backup camera monitors.
