2022 HUSQVARNA SVARTPILEN 401 Recalls — Canada & USA

The 2022 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 has two recalls, both centered on the same risk: water entering the electronic throttle control unit can cause the engine to suddenly drop to idle or cut power entirely while riding. Water that gets into the throttle control unit can cause it to fail, leaving the rider without drive power at speed. The abrupt loss of acceleration raises the risk of a crash, particularly in traffic or at highway speeds.
