The 2025 Hyundai Palisade has 4 recalls, the most serious involving a defective electric oil pump seal that allows moisture to reach internal electrical components, creating a fire risk whether the vehicle is parked or in motion.
The remaining three recalls affect occupant safety. The side curtain airbags covering third-row passengers can deploy incorrectly in a crash, failing to provide adequate protection against ejection. There is also a seatbelt buckle concern spanning the driver's seat, front passenger seat, and both second-row outboard positions: the buckles in those locations may not latch fully, meaning occupants could be unrestrained in a crash without realizing the belt never engaged. Both of these issues affect a broader range of Palisade model years, not just the 2025.
