2019 INDIAN MOTORCYCLE FTR Recalls — Canada & USA

The 2019 Indian Motorcycle FTR has 3 recalls, the most serious being two issues that can each cause a crash: a faulty circuit breaker that can cut power to the engine or lights without warning, and a coolant junction that can fail and spray hot coolant onto the rear tire, causing a sudden loss of traction. The coolant leak also poses a burn risk if it contacts skin. There is also a software issue that can cause the brake light to flicker when the brakes are not being applied, which may confuse other drivers and raise the risk of a rear-end collision.
