The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus has 10 recalls, the most serious being a power window defect where the automatic reversal system fails to stop and retract a closing window after detecting an obstruction, risking a pinching injury to a driver or passenger. Prior repair attempts for this window issue did not fully resolve the problem, and multiple follow-up repairs have been required. A separate software problem can cause both the instrument cluster and center display to reboot while driving, leaving the screen blank and cutting off access to the speedometer, warning lights, and the rearview camera image when reversing. On hybrid models, a software error can prevent the pedestrian alert sound from playing at low speeds, removing an audible warning for people on foot nearby.
