LIGHTS AND INSTRUMENTS

Defect

On certain vehicles, a problem with the vehicle control software could cause the hazard lights and/or parking lights not to work when the ignition switch is in the "OFF" position.

Safety Risk

Hazard lights and parking lights that don't work properly could make the vehicle less visible and increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Porsche will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to reprogram the gateway control unit.
