The 1990 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur has two recalls, the more serious involving a brake line routed too close to the engine oil cooler line, where contact between the two can wear through the brake line and cause hydraulic fluid to leak, potentially resulting in brake failure. The second recall affects the rear window defroster circuit, where the fuse can blow under normal electrical load. When that fuse fails, it also cuts power to the rear brake lights, leaving drivers behind the vehicle without a stop signal.
