The 2021 Triumph Rocket 3 GT has two recalls, both affecting the rear brakes and both increasing stopping distance in ways that raise the risk of a crash.
One recall involves air trapped in the anti-lock brake system modulator during production, which can gradually reduce how effectively the rear brake slows the motorcycle. The other involves the rear brake master cylinder, which can fail to move fluid properly through the system, also extending the distance needed to stop. Both issues affect the same braking circuit, and together they mean the rear brake may not perform as expected when the rider needs it most.
