The 2020 Triumph Rocket 3 R has two recalls, both affecting rear braking performance and both raising the risk of a crash due to longer stopping distances.
One recall involves air that may have entered the anti-lock brake system modulator during production, which can reduce rear braking efficiency over time. The other involves a rear brake master cylinder that may fail to move fluid properly through the system, also resulting in extended stopping distances. Both issues affect the same braking circuit, and together they mean the rear brake may not respond with full force when needed.
