The 2014 Volvo S60 has 3 recalls, the most serious involving the front seatbelts, which may not properly restrain an occupant in a crash, raising the risk of injury.
A second recall covers the door latches: a component inside the latch can break, making a door feel closed when it is not fully secured, and that door can swing open while driving. On the electrical side, this recall only affects vehicles with keyless ignition: a fault in the central electronic module can cause the windshield wipers to run continuously and may prevent the turn signals, high beams, and headlight switch from working, reducing visibility and communication with other drivers.
