On vehicles equipped with Rollx-brand QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraint systems, the restraint can fail to secure the wheelchair properly, allowing it to shift during transit and potentially injure an occupant. There is also a power liftgate concern on certain vehicles where the right-side pinch sensor does not respond correctly, causing the liftgate to apply excessive closing force rather than stopping when it contacts an arm, hand, or other obstruction.
