The second recall affects vehicles that have been converted with Rollx QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The wheelchair tie-down anchors on these systems can fail to secure the chair, allowing it to shift or move during transit and raising the risk of injury to the occupant.
