Both fuel system recalls apply only to vehicles equipped with these aftermarket propane conversion kits. In one case, injector retention clips in the fuel rails are not properly seated, which can allow propane to escape. The other involves fuel system hoses, lines, and fittings produced during a specific period that can also leak propane gas. Since propane is highly flammable, either type of leak poses a fire risk if an ignition source is present.
The remaining two recalls affect vehicles equipped with certain Ricon wheelchair lifts, covering models installed by either Cummings Mobility or MobilityWorks. In one scenario, the side plates on the lift platform can crack and cause the platform to separate and come to rest against the vehicle's lift door opening. In the other, the lift's bearings can shift out of position while the lift is stowed, causing the platform to move excessively and its mounting to fail. Both conditions can leave the lift unable to safely support a wheelchair or its occupant during use.
