Certain G2 vehicles may have been built with an incorrect spare wheel which was specified for use with a G1 model van. The use of the incorrect spare wheel at a regular wheel position could, under certain loading conditions, eventually cause wheel cracking and possible wheel separation. This could result in loss of vehicle control and a crash without prior warning.
