Certain vehicles may have been manufactured with insufficient clearance between the power steering pressure tube and the cross-member brace, possibly causing the power steering pressure tube to rust from abrasive contact. This could cause a power steering fluid leak, resulting in increased steering effort and potential for a fire in the presence of an ignition source. This could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property.
