The 2023 Porsche Taycan Turbo S has 4 recalls, all involving fire risk, with three related to the high-voltage battery either short-circuiting internally or allowing liquid to enter through insufficient sealant and cause electrical arcing.

The fourth recall involves the onboard compact charging cable when used with a standard 220V/240V home outlet at the 100% charge setting. Some household outlets cannot handle the current the charging system draws, causing the outlet or the cable itself to overheat and potentially catch fire.
