The 2025 Porsche Taycan has 6 recalls, the most serious involving front suspension struts where a retaining ring can come loose, causing the strut to dislodge, the air spring to deflate, and the vehicle to drop and become difficult to control.
The front brake hoses on certain vehicles can develop cracks and leak brake fluid, which reduces stopping power and extends the distance the car needs to come to a halt. Together, the suspension and brake issues represent the most consequential concerns for day-to-day driving safety.
On the visibility side, three recalls address the rearview camera, and while they stem from related issues, the practical concern is the same: when the vehicle is shifted into reverse, the camera image may appear late or not at all, leaving the driver without a view of what is behind the car. One of these camera recalls is a software issue; prior repair attempts did not fully resolve the problem across all affected vehicles.
