2016 Triumph Bonneville T120

The 2016 Triumph Bonneville T120 has 3 recalls, the most serious being a fuel pump wiring defect that can allow fuel to escape the tank and travel along the wiring harness, creating an electrical short and a fire risk.

On certain motorcycles equipped with heated grips, the throttle grip can expand when the grips are turned on and press against the throttle return spring, preventing it from pulling the throttle closed. This makes it difficult to slow the bike and raises the risk of a crash. There is also a concern affecting certain aftermarket front brake levers: at some adjustment positions, the brake lever can contact the handlebar grip and limit how far the lever travels, reducing maximum braking force.
