The 2013 Triumph Trophy SE has 4 recalls, the most serious being a fuel tank that can leak, creating a fire risk and, separately, wiring near the front brake hose that can wear through and cause the engine to stall or the lights to cut out while riding.
The fuel tank concern appears across two filings but describes the same underlying problem: the tank's inner layers may not have bonded properly, allowing fuel to escape. Beyond the fire risk, a fuel leak can also drain the tank unexpectedly and stall the engine mid-ride. The wiring issue is unrelated to the tank but carries a similar crash risk, since losing power or lights without warning leaves little time to react. There is also a structural concern specific to this trim: the center stand mount can fracture, meaning the stand may not hold the motorcycle upright when parked, and the bike can fall onto whoever is nearby.
