THE STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT COUPLING CLAMP MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY TIGHTENED. IF THE CLAMP BOLT IS NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED, THE INTERMEDIATE SHAFT MAY SEPARATE FROM THE UPPER SHAFT WITH RESULTANT LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND VEHICLE CRASH COULD OCCUR.
On certain vehicles, originally sold, or currently registered in areas of heavy road salt usage during winter months (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador), the front brake hose fitting at the caliper may corrode. If the fitting corrodes significantly, the internal brake hose-tube interface may develop a leak or in some cases break, causing a sudden increase in braking distances which may lead to a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace both front brake hose assemblies.

Certain vehicles equipped with a hinged left side rear door may have a condition where inadequate clearance between the rear brake lines and the lower fuel filler hose clamp may result in abrasion to one or both rear brake lines. This condition could cause brake fluid loss which could result in decreased brake line pressure, increased brake pedal travel and increased stopping distance, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. This condition could cause various warning lights to illuminate in the instrument panel of the vehicle such the red “BRAKE” telltale symbol; illumination of the Stabilitrak telltale symbol; scrolling display of “Service Brake”, “Service Stabilitrak,” and “Service Traction Control” messages in the Driver Information Centre (DIC); and audible alerts/chimes.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the brake lines. If the clearance is found to be below specification, the brake lines will be replaced with a new part design that provides adequate clearance.

This recall is for certain vehicles that had an airbag inflator replaced as a part of an earlier recall campaign. This recall provides a final repair.
Long-term exposure to high absolute humidity and temperature, combined with high temperature cycling, may eventually degrade the propellant contained in the driver-front airbag. This could cause the airbag to deploy with more force than normal. If the airbag inflator ruptures, fragments could be propelled toward vehicle occupants or cause damage to the airbag assembly, preventing its proper function.
Safety Risk
If the vehicle is involved in a crash requiring an airbag deployment, the airbag inflator could rupture and create a risk of injury.
Remedy
Owners will be notified by mail and instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect the driver-front airbag inflator. The driver-front airbag module or inflator will be replaced as necessary. Note: The Canadian climate results in the propellant degrading slowly. This recall is being conducted as a precaution to address future risk. It is expected that all airbag inflators will be replaced before their function would be affected.
THE POWER STEERING ASSIST CYLINDER MOUNTING BRACKET BOLTS MAY LOOSEN ON THESE VEHICLES. A DETACHED POWER CYLINDER COULD CAUSE RESTRICTED STEERING AND SEVER THE FRONT BRAKE HOSE WHICH WOULD RESULT IN LOSS OF FRONT AXLE BRAKING. A VEHICLE CRASH COULD RESULT FROM EITHER CONDITION.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
ANCHOR BRACKET ATTACHING FASTENERS WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW BOLTS, HARDENED FLAT WASHERS AND PREVAILING TORQUE NUTS AND TORQUED TO PROPER SPECIFICATIONS.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024-2026 CBR600RR motorcycles. The cylinder head may have been improperly manufactured, which can lead to rod bearing failure, possibly resulting in rear wheel lock up or oil leaking onto the rear tire.
Safety Risk
Rear wheel lockup increases the risk of a crash or injury. Engine oil that leaks onto hot exhaust components increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the engine assembly, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed February 9, 2026. A second letter will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in July 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-866-784-1870. Honda's numbers for this recall are KT5 and KU3. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning January 7, 2026.

On certain motorcycles, the rear brake disc bolts may loosen. If this happens, the bolts could contact the rear swingarm or brake caliper bracket. This can cause reduced braking or stop the rear wheel from rotating.
Note: A loose bolt may create a noise from the rear of the motorcycle.
Safety Risk
A rear wheel that doesn't rotate freely could increase the risk of a crash. Reduced braking can cause an increased stopping distance and create the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Triumph will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the rear brake disc bolts.

On certain vehicles, the high-voltage battery may not be sealed properly. As a result, liquid could leak into the battery over time and cause arcing (sparks).
Safety Risk
Electrical arcing inside the battery can create the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Audi will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to perform a leak test on the high-voltage battery, and replace it if necessary.
