THE AUXILIARY INTERIOR HEATER IS EQUIPPED WITH AN OPEN EXHAUST PIPE MOUNTED DOWNWARD TO THE GROUND. IN THE EVENT THAT THE VEHICLE IS PARKED IN AN AREA WITH DRY GROUND COVERING BENEATH IT, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE DOWNFLOW EXHAUST COULD IGNITE THE GROUND COVERING.
VEHICLES MAY BE EQUIPPED WITH WHEEL ASSEMBLIES THAT HAVE CRACKS NEAR THE BOLT HOLES IN THE WHEEL DISC. THESE CRACKS COULD PROPAGATE AND RESULT IN A PARTIAL OR COMPLETE SEPARATION OF THE WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLIES FROM THE VEHICLE.
VEHICLES MAY BE EQUIPPED WITH STOP LAMP SWITCHES THAT MAY HAVE BEEN CONTAMINATED WITH OIL. THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE THE SWITCH TO BECOME INOPERATIVE RESULTING IN A LOSS OF THE STOP LAMP FUNCTION. VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH OPTIONAL SPEED CONTROL UTILIZE THE STOP LAMP SWITCH TO DISENGAGE THE SPEED CONTROL MECHANISM. A VEHICLE OPERATING WITH AN INOPERATIVE SOPT LAMP SWITCH AND SPEED CONTROL ENGAGED CAN BE STOPPED BY APPLYING ADDITIONAL BRAKE EFFORT OR BY DEPRESSING THE SPEED CONTROL "OFF" BUTTON.
CERTAIN CONDITIONS. THE FAILURE ALLOWS THE SWING ARM TO BEND CAUSING THE REAR TIRE TO RUB AGAINST THE FRAME AND/OR THE REAR DRUM BRAKES TO DRAG. CONTINUED USE MAY RESULT IN A REAR WHEEL LOCK-UP.

IF THE WIRE INSULATION WAS TORN OR ABRADED SUCH THAT AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT OCCURRED, THE WIRE COULD OVERHEAT RESULTING IN A VEHICLE FIRE.

IF THE SUBJECT VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH AFTERMARKET RADIOS INSTALLED BY DEALERS, GARAGES, SPECIALTY SHOPS OR THE VEHICLE OWNER AND THE HOLE IN THE FENDER APRON THROUGH WHICH THE ANTENNA CABLE IS ROUTED IS NOT PROPERLY SEALED, SPLASH WATER FROM THE ROTATING FRONT TIRE COULD ENTER THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT, TRICKLE DOWN THE ANTENNA CABLE AND POSSIBLY ENTER THE FUSE RELAY BOARD. THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE CORROSION OF THE FUSE BOARD TERMINALS POSSIBLY CAUSING THE STARTER TO BE ACTIVATED ACCIDENTALLY.
POSSIBLE FUEL SEEPAGE FROM THE FUEL HOSE WHICH CONNECTS THE FUEL SPILL RETURN PIPE TO THE FUEL TANK INLET PIPE. THIS CONDITION PRESNETS A POSSIBLE FIRE HAZARD.
