Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2025 Honda CR-V Fuel Cell EV vehicles. Coolant inside the fuel cell stack may leak into the fuel cell stack case, causing an internal short circuit. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 305, "Electric-powered vehicles: Electrolyte Spillage and Electrical Shock Protection."
Safety Risk
An internal short circuit in a fuel cell can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the wiring for the passenger occupant detection system (PODS) may not have been manufactured properly. This could cause the airbag system to turn off the passenger-front airbag even when a passenger is seated.
Note: This problem would cause an error message to display on the instrument panel and a warning chime to sound. The airbag indicator light would also display "passenger airbag off".
Safety Risk
An airbag that is turned off could increase the risk of injury to a passenger in a crash.
Remedy
Volkswagen advises that you shouldn't use the front passenger seat if a PODS error message displays on the instrument panel or if the airbag indicator light displays "passenger airbag off" with an occupant in the seat. Volkswagen will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to repair the passenger-front seat wiring harness.
Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2026 Gravity vehicles. Incorrect backrest covers may have been installed on the front seats, preventing the side air bags from deploying correctly.
Safety Risk
An air bag that does not deploy as intended increases the risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2025 Tiguan vehicles. The passenger occupant detection system (PODS) may experience a fault in the wiring and deactivate the front passenger air bag when the seat is occupied.

Remedy
Owners are advised not to allow occupants to sit in the front passenger seat until the remedy is complete. Dealers will repair the affected wiring harness in the front passenger seat, free of charge. On certain vehicles, the wiring harness for the headlamps may not have been routed properly. As result, the wiring could become damaged by contact with the wheel arch lining. If this happens, the headlamps may stop working.

Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheel arch lining. The dealer will also inspect the headlamp wiring harness and re-route and/or repair it, as necessary.
On certain vehicles, the brake pedal could fail while braking. If this happens, you would not be able to apply the brakes.

On certain vehicles, the cells inside the high-voltage battery module(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the battery could overheat.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Volkswagen advises that you should set the maximum charge setting of your vehicle at 80%, that you shouldn't use level 3 quick charging and that you should park your vehicle outdoors and away from other vehicles or structures until the recall repairs have been completed. On certain vehicles, the electronic brake booster (EBB) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the EBB could enter a failsafe mode and cause a sudden increase in brake pedal force. This could also cause certain advanced driver assistance systems not to work properly.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Genesis G90 vehicles. The Highway Drive Assist (HDA) corner radar may falsely detect another vehicle, which can result in sudden, unintended braking while driving.
