Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Camry Hybrid and 2026 Corolla Cross Hybrid vehicles. A bolt inside the inverter may not have been tightened properly, causing incomplete contact at the inverter terminal.
Safety Risk
Incomplete contact can cause a loss of motive power, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, a loose bolt can cause an electrical short while the vehicle is powered on, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the inverter assembly, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed March 11, 2026. On certain motorcycles, the rear brake reservoir cap screws may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the screws could loosen and cause brake fluid to leak from the rear brake master cylinder reservoir. This could cause reduced braking.

Suzuki will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to tighten the rear brake reservoir cap screws.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2025 E-Transit vehicles. The left rear axle half shaft may partially disengage from the power drive unit, which can result in a loss of drive power.

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash. In addition, a half shaft that is not fully engaged to the primary drive unit can result in a vehicle rollaway if the parking brake is not applied, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

The integrated park module may fail to lock into the park position when the driver shifts into park.
