Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S vehicles. The vehicles are equipped with an incorrect cross car beam in the instrument panel. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023-2025 bZ4X, Lexus RZ, and Subaru Solterra vehicles. During certain HVAC system faults, such as electrical compressor failure, the defroster and defogger system may become inoperative.
Safety Risk
An inoperative defroster and defogger system can decrease the driver's visibility under certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will update the HVAC control ECU software, free of charge. Dealers will also inspect the electrical compressor, and replace it, if necessary, free of charge. Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

An air bag with insufficient pressure retention increases the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the side curtain airbag(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the airbag(s) may not inflate properly in a crash.

Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the side curtain airbag(s), as necessary.
On a small number of vehicles, the parking pawl return spring in the electric drive module may not have been installed correctly. As a result, when the transmission is shifted to Park, the vehicle could move if the parking brake isn't applied.

A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, FCA Canada recommends that you should always use the parking brake when you park. FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the electric drive module.
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Dodge Charger and Jeep Wagoneer S electric vehicles. An incorrectly installed spring may cause the loss of the park function when the vehicle’s gear selector is placed in the park (P) position, which can result in a vehicle rollaway. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 114, "Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention."

Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Panigale V4 SL, 2019-2024 Panigale V4 R, 2018-2024 Panigale V4 S, 2023-2025 Streetfighter, 2018-2024 Panigale V4, and 2020-2022 Streetfighter V4 motorcycles. The rear wheel axle could lose its structural integrity and break.

On certain vehicles, an incorrect fuel level may be displayed on the instrument cluster. As a result, the driver may be unaware of how much fuel is in the tank, and the vehicle could run out of fuel and stall.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Mazda advises that you should refuel before the fuel gauge reaches ¼ level until the recall repairs have been completed. Mazda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the body control module software.
Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2024-2025 CX-90 and 2025 CX-70 mild hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV). The fuel gauge in the instrument cluster may display an inaccurate fuel reading.

VinFast Auto, LLC (VinFast) is recalling certain 2023-2025 VF8 vehicles. The Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) may activate during wide turns, causing unexpected steering wheel movements that are difficult for the driver to override.

On certain vehicles, the windshield may not have been sealed properly. As a result, water could leak into the passenger-side power distribution box and/or electronic control unit. If this happens, there could be a short circuit and/or the headlights may not work.

Remedy
None of the affected vehicles have been delivered to customers. BMW will instruct dealers to inspect and, if necessary, reseal the windshield. The dealer will also replace any damaged wiring and control units.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2026 X5 Plug-in Hybrid, X5, and X7 vehicles. The windshield may not be sealed properly, which can allow water to enter the power distribution box or electronic control unit.
Safety Risk
Water inside electrical components can lead to electronic function failures, such as a loss of headlights, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, an electrical short-circuit may occur, increasing the risk of a fire while parked or driving.
Remedy

Polestar Automotive USA, Inc. (Polestar) is recalling certain 2025 Polestar 3 vehicles. The hood wing front bumper may be missing bolts, allowing the bumper to detach.

Polestar will inspect the hood wing bumper for missing screws. If any screws are missing, the bumper and screws will be replaced. Repairs will be performed free of charge.
