Safety Risk

On certain motorcycles, the reverse gear control unit may not have been sealed properly. As a result, water could enter the control unit and cause it to corrode. If this happens, the control unit could short circuit and overheat. This could also cause the turn signals and reverse function not to work.

A short circuit can create the risk of a fire. Turn signals that don't work may cause a person not to recognize when the rider intends to turn or change lanes and could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
BMW Motorrad will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the reverse gear control unit.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2017-2025 K 1600 GT, GTL, B and 2018-2025 Grand America vehicles. The seal for the reverse gear control unit may deteriorate and allow moisture inside the control unit, which can result in the unit overheating.

An overheated reverse gear control unit increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2025-2027 VNL (4) and 2026-2027 VNR (4) vehicles. The vehicle turn signals may not function properly. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2026 Q3 vehicles. Incorrect software may allow remote sunroof closing from a distance that prevents the operator from clearly seeing the sunroof. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 118, "Power-Operated Window Systems."
Safety Risk
Closing the sunroof without the ability to see it can increase the risk of injury to occupants.
Remedy
Dealers will update the sunroof control module software and the owner's manual, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 22, 2026. On certain vehicles, the front passenger seat occupant classification system (OCS) may not work properly. As a result, the airbag system may turn off the passenger-front airbag even when a passenger is seated.
Note: This problem would cause the supplemental restraint system (SRS) malfunction indicator to display on the instrument panel, a warning to display in the driver information center and the airbag indicator light to display ''Passenger Airbag OFF''.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front passenger seat occupant classification sensor.
On certain vehicles, the circlips that secure the piston(s) to the connecting rod(s) may be missing or may not have been installed properly. As a result, the piston(s) could become damaged and cause the engine to fail. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.
Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a 2.3 L engine.
Safety Risk
A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
None of the affected vehicles have been delivered to customers. Ford will instruct dealers to inspect and, if necessary, replace the engine before each vehicle is delivered.
On a small number of vehicles, the ground connection for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) blower motor may not have been secured properly. As a result, the defroster could stop working, and you may not be able to defog or defrost the windshield.

A windshield defroster/defogger that doesn't work could cause reduced visibility and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, secure the ground connection(s) in the instrument panel.
On certain trucks, the chassis and cab wiring harnesses may not have been routed properly. As result, the wiring could become damaged by contact with nearby components and cause a short circuit. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels, the electronic parking brake could stop working, the tail lamps may not work, the airbag warning light may turn on, transmission shifting issues could occur, or the combination switch may not work.

Remedy
Isuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, repair or replace the wiring harnesses. The dealer will also ensure that the wiring harnesses are secured properly.
On certain trucks, a software problem could cause the trailer turn signal lights not to work when towing.
Note: This problem would cause an error message to display on the instrument panel.

On certain vehicles, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light may not turn on when the tire pressure is low. Driving a vehicle with low tire pressure could lead to poor handling and/or a tire failure.

Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Aston Martin recommends that you should check the tire pressure and ensure that it matches the pressures listed on the tire and loading information label located inside the driver's door jamb. On certain vehicles, a software problem could allow you to close the sunroof remotely without the key fob being near the vehicle. Canadian regulations require the key fob to be in or near the vehicle when closing the sunroof.

Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 5500XD, 4500XD, Isuzu NRR, NPR HD, NPR XD, 2025-2026 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 4500HD, and Isuzu NRR EV vehicles. The chassis and/or cab wire harnesses may chafe against metal components, leading to harness failure.

On certain electric vehicles, the reverse sound of the pedestrian warning system may not be loud enough. Canadian regulations require electric vehicles to make a minimum sound level when operating at low speeds.
