What can fail
The red plastic release buttons on front safety belt buckles can break. Broken pieces can fall into the buckle assembly and prevent it from working properly.
What the fix does
Check both front buckles for breaks or cracks on the red release button. Test each buckle by inserting the latch plate, tugging to lock, then pressing the button to release. If any button is damaged or any buckle fails to operate, contact your dealer for free replacement or repair.
