The 1992 Plymouth Voyager has two recalls, both rated at equal severity: a steering column coupling bolt that can fracture and cause complete loss of steering control, and a brake pedal that can separate from the pedal arm and eliminate braking ability. The steering issue stems from a bolt in the steering column coupling that can crack and lose its grip on the shaft, leaving the driver unable to steer. On the brake side, the weld connecting the brake pad to the pedal arm may not hold, and if that joint fails, pressing the pedal produces no braking force.
