On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French.
Safety Risk
This error does not affect vehicle safety.
Remedy
This is not a recall. Polestar has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.
On certain vehicles, the parking brake system may contain a non-functional parking brake adjuster. This may result in a gradual loss of parking brake effectiveness as the rear disc pads wear. As a result, the parking brake may not hold the vehicle on a steep incline. If the vehicle is parked with the transmission in neutral or a forward gear, the vehicle may roll away and result in personal injury or property damage.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
A new parking brake adjuster will be installed.

On certain motorcycles, the wiring harness for the turn signal switch may not have been routed properly and could become damaged by contact with the cowl stay bracket. If this happens, the front and rear turn signal lights, brake lights, horn, speedometer, tail lights and license plate light may stop working.
Safety Risk
Brake lights and/or turn signals that don't work properly may cause others not to recognize when the motorcycle is braking and/or turning. Exterior lights that don't work properly may make the motorcycle less visible to others. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, riding a motorcycle without a speedometer could also increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to inspect the turn signal switch wiring harness and re-route and/or repair it, as necessary.

On certain vehicles, there could be a software problem with the dash electrical supply unit. As a result, the windshield defroster, the seat belt reminder sound and tell-tale, the 360-degree view monitor and high-voltage battery cooling system may not work properly.
Safety Risk
A windshield defroster and/or a 360-degree view monitor that doesn't work could cause reduced visibility and increase the risk of a crash. A seat belt warning that doesn't work correctly may not remind you and/or passengers to buckle your seat belt. Not wearing your seat belt can increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy
Mazda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the dash electrical supply unit software.

On certain vehicles, a defect in the Transmission Control Module (TCM) mounting bracket may cause the printed circuit board solder joints to separate, resulting in an electrical open circuit in the TCM. An open circuit in the TCM could cause the transaxle to shift into “Neutral” without warning. If the transmission shifts into neutral, the vehicle may experience a loss of motive power, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the Transmission Control Module and the TCM mounting bracket.

On certain vehicles, the cover for the manual park release (MPR) lever may not be installed. If the MPR lever is accidentally pushed, the transmission can be shifted out of PARK without a key in the ignition. Canadian regulations require a cover over this lever. Additionally, the vehicle may also be in Factory Mode, which disables warning alerts and chimes, and does not display the transmission gear position (under certain conditions).
Safety Risk
A missing MPR cover could create a situation where the transmission can be shifted without a key in the ignition. If the transmission position is not displayed, a user may not know that the vehicle is not in the PARK position. If the parking brake is not applied, either of these situations could create a risk of a vehicle roll-away and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect for the MPR cover. If missing, it will be installed. The dealer will also verify that the instrument cluster is not set to Factory Mode.

On certain vehicles, the multifunction switch may develop an open circuit condition in the stop lamp or hazard lamp circuit that results in the stop lamps and hazard lamps becoming inoperative. The center high mounted stop lamp and the turn signal lamp functions are not affected. The loss of stop lamps and rear hazard lamps could fail to warn a following driver that the vehicle is braking and/or stopped and could lead to a vehicle crash.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the hazard-warning flasher switch and apply special grease to the contactors. This repair would be used in vehicles in which the hazard slider button is still movable. If a vehicle has a hazard slider button that is not movable, the corrective action would be to replace the entire multifunction switch.

Safety Risk
A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Audi will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the oil strainer for the turbocharger oil supply. The dealer will also inspect and document the performance of the boost pressure system and change the engine oil.
