Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lexus LX600 vehicles. In the event of transmission solenoid failure, the communication may fail between the transmission electronic control unit (ECU) and the engine ECU, resulting in transmission damage.
Safety Risk
A damaged transmission can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, a damaged transmission can leak transmission fluid, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will update the transmission ECU software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 13, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's number for this recall is 26LA01.
On certain vehicles, the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal may not have been installed. As a result, the pushrod could detach from the pedal and cause a loss of brakes.
Note: This recall doesn't affect the Transit MPV model.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Ford advises you not to drive your vehicle until the recall repairs are completed. Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a dealer to arrange for an inspection. The dealer will repair the brake booster assembly, as necessary.
On certain vehicles, the software update installed by a Ford dealer during recall 24S79 (Transport Canada recall no. 2024-781) may not be effective. As a result, a second repair is required.
On certain vehicles, a problem inside the high-voltage battery could cause a short circuit. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels and/or the high-voltage battery could overheat.
Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-628. This recall only affects certain plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEV) equipped with a 2.5 L engine.
Safety Risk
A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. A battery that overheats can create a fire risk, even while the vehicle is parked and turned off.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Ford advises that you set the maximum charge setting of your vehicle at 80% and to only use normal EV mode until the recall repairs have been completed. Ford will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Transit vehicles. The brake pedal may disconnect from the brake booster pushrod, causing a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 105, "Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems."

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Ford Escape and 2023-2026 Lincoln Corsair plug-in hybrid vehicles. A manufacturing defect in one or more of the high voltage battery cells may result in an internal short circuit and battery failure.

Battery failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. Battery failure can also increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
The remedy is currently under development. Owners are advised to only use "Auto EV" mode and charge their vehicles to a maximum of 80% battery capacity until the repair has been completed. On certain motorcycles, the wiring for the alternator may not be routed correctly. As a result, the wiring could become damaged by movement and heat and cause a short circuit.

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, GMC Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade, and Cadillac Escalade ESV vehicles equipped with 10 Speed Transmission with ETRS (Electronic Transmission Range Select). The transmission control valve may fail and lock up the rear wheels.

On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse.

General Motors will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the vehicle cockpit unit (VCU) software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a GM dealership.

Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. is recalling certain 2022-2024 Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120, Bonneville T120 Black, 2024 Bonneville T120 DGR, 2022 Street Twin, Street Scrambler, Street Twin Goldline, Street Scrambler Sandstor, 2023-2024 Speed Twin 900, and Scrambler 900 motorcycles. The wiring between the alternator and main harness connector may short circuit and overheat.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Rogue vehicles equipped with 3-cylinder 1.5L variable compression turbo (VC-Turbo) engines. Increased temperatures can break down the engine oil, which may cause the engine bearings to seize and become damaged, leading to engine failure.

Engine failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. A bearing failure may cause a breach in the engine block, allowing hot oil to be discharged, increasing the risk of an engine fire.
Remedy
Dealers will reprogram the engine control module (ECM) software, inspect for diagnostic trouble codes, and test drive the vehicle, free of charge. Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2024-2027 VNL (4) vehicles that do not include auxiliary parking brakes. If the vehicle is in weight bias mode there may not be enough weight on the parking brake axle, which could result in inadequate parking brake force.
